I have designed and taught choreography for a variety of skill levels, working with groups ranging from 20 to 50 performers. I’ve contributed to the development of performers by teaching technique and warm-up exercises, as well as designing choreography that aligns with their skill level while incorporating elements that challenge them further. I have also integrated movement into existing equipment work, ensuring a seamless flow between technique and artistic expression.

While specializing in movement, I have choreographed, taught, refined, and cleaned flag and weapon technique and choreography. My work emphasizes creative movement, team cohesion, and performance quality, helping groups achieve polished and impactful presentations.
